Betty M Casey's Obituary
On September 1, Betty M. Thrusher Sutton Casey, age 95, passed away quietly in St. Petersburg, FL.
She was born in Middletown, OH in 1920 and moved to St. Petersburg in 1968. She earned a Bachelor of Music degree from the College of Music of Cincinnati, was a member of the Ohio Music Teachers’ Association, the American Business Women’s Association, and Sigma Alpha Iota fraternity. She taught piano and served as organist in many churches in Ohio and Florida.
She left behind 3 sons: Bradford and Dwight Sutton of St. Petersburg, and Richard Sutton of Lake Tahoe, NV., 5 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery in late September. Dates/Times will be updated here as soon as they're final.
