CHASE, Bernice L., 89, passed away peacefully August 9, 2015. Born September 9, 1925 in Bainbridge, Ohio to parents William and Pansey Shoemaker. Bernice enjoyed sewing and crafts. She is survived by children Dale (Lucy) Yoakem, Stephen (Frances) Yoakem, Jerry (Jan) Yoakem and Beverly (Robbie) Potts; 10 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild; many nieces and nephews; and her sister, Betty (Myron) Yoakem. She will be greatly missed by family and friends.
