Barbra Louise Sessa, 44, of Seminole, passed away on Thursday July 9, 2009 at H. Lee Moffit Cancer Center. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, she was a daughter of the late Arthur Whalen and Barbara (Marriett) Hay. She was the Assista Read Obituary
Barbra lived in Maine as a young girl. She was a terrific person, who dearly loved family and friends...I had no idea of her passing and celebrate her legacy. She seems so like the child I once watched...caring for her siblings. My prayers and thoughts are sent to the family and those who so dearly loved Barbra. Aunt Ellen
I knew Barbra many years ago when she lived in Maine as a young teen . She was the sweetest person. I have been looking for her for a couple of years now and decided today to try again. I was so sadden to find that she passed away. I wish that I had found her sooner. She sounds like she turned into the most terrific person. My condolences go out to your entire family.
Barbra's mother Barbara and I were brought up as cousins - Barbara, "Sister", Fred and Louise visited us in Reading nearly every weekend. "Baby" Barbra was the joy of her grandfather and grandmother, her mother's treasure. Her career is very much a testimony to all the love and care Fred, Louise, Barbara and Andy lavished on her. Such a person passing at any age is a loss - at 44 it is a tragedy for those she loved and would come to love.
Love you Auntie Barbra. Can't get you out of my mind. I've known you practically my whole life. Lots of memories and laughs. Will miss you visiting us in SC and cooking your favorite meals. You will always be in our hearts. You will never be forgotten. Love you. Gina, Jim and Emily.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Sessa & Hay families. Barbara was an amazing woman, mother, daughter, sister, aunt & friend. She will always be remembered as a strong, vibrant and caring woman surrounded by her wonderful family who loved her.
I am very saddened every time an angel who walks among us leaves this earth. Barbra was clearly one of these angels. My most heartfelt condolences go out to the entire Sessa and extended family.
