Known for her remarkable ability to make everyone feel welcome, Barbara truly embodied the belief that no one was ever a stranger to her. Her kindness and compassion were unmatched, earning her the admiration of all who had the privilege of knowing her.
A woman of deep spirituality, Barbara held steadfast to her faith throughout her life. Though not affiliated with organized religion, she found profound meaning and solace in her personal beliefs. Her spirituality guided her actions and inspired those around her.

Barbara was predeceased by her parents, William C. Pitchford and Elsie T. Pitchford; her niece Mary Elizabeth; her sister-in-law Dina Pitchford; and several beloved aunts and uncles. She is survived by her siblings Judith A. McGroarty, James W. Pitchford, and William D. Pitchford; her uncle Terence Blosl; six nieces and nephews; nine great-nieces and nephews; as well as dearest friends Heidi Kerney and Rick Nellis.
