Barbara Jean O'Malley's Obituary
O’Malley, Barbara Jean Lowry, 87 of St. Petersburg, Fl., passed peacefully into the presence of the Lord on Tuesday, October 9th, 2018. Born in Knoxville, Tenn., she was the daughter of Ruth and Frank Lowry. Barbara, “Bobbi”, was a member of St. Thomas Episcopal Church in St. Petersburg. She was a graduate of St. Petersburg High School. Bobbi served as an Ambassador for the City of Tampa, as an account executive at Hertz Corp., and as a symphony house manager in Louisiana. Bobbi was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Judy. She is survived by her brother and sister-in law, Gerald “Jerry” and Nancy Lowry; her nephews Robert Walls and Timothy Lowry; and her niece Emily Lowry. A memorial service and internment will be held at Memorial Park Cemetery located at 5750 49th St. N. in St. Petersburg on October 27th at 2:00 pm.
