Mrs. Barbara Ethel Ethier's Obituary
Barbara Ethel Ethier (née Fogal), 81, passed away peacefully on July 1, 2025, in St. Petersburg, Florida.
Born on October 19, 1943, in New York, Barbara lived a life marked by creativity, determination, and deep devotion to her family. She was the beloved wife of Dennis Ethier, who preceded her in death in 2003. Together they built a life filled with love and purpose.
Barbara is survived by her children: daughters Deborah and Jodi, and son Robert and his wife DeAnn. She was a proud and loving grandmother to Christian, Nicky, Robin, Eddie, Grace, Eli, and Alexa. Her brother Gary Fogal also survives her.
A woman of many talents and passions, Barbara was a gifted artist who found joy in painting. Her creativity extended beyond the canvas into every aspect of her life. She had an exceptional ability to master whatever she set her mind to—whether it was cultivating a garden or navigating complex conversations about politics, finance, or religion.
Barbara took great pride in her career as a real estate broker. Her professionalism and dedication were matched only by her generosity and financial acumen. She was known for being giving and thoughtful while maintaining a keen awareness of the value of hard work and money.
Above all else, Barbara cherished time spent with her family. Her warmth and wisdom left an indelible mark on those who knew her best.
A Visitation will be held on July 11, 2025, at 12:00 PM, with the Funeral starting at 1:00 PM. Interment will immediately follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
