Barbara Evelyn Dennis' Obituary
Barbara Evelyn Dennis of St Petersburg, Florida passed away Saturday, February 29, 2020 in her home. She was 90.
Born October 21, 1929 in St Petersburg, Barbara was the beautiful daughter of the late Stanley and Avalyn Hatfield. She devoted her life to education; earning four Masters Degrees and serving as an educator and administrator.
In addition to her parents, Barbara is preceded in death by her loving husband of 67+ years, John Dennis, Jr (November 7, 2019).
A memorial visitation for Barbara and John will be held 1:30 pm - 2:00 pm followed by a memorial service and celebration of their lives at 2:00 pm, Sunday, March 15, 2020 in the chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home 5750 49th Street North, St Petersburg, Florida 33709. They will be laid to rest in Memorial Park Cemetery, St. Petersburg, Florida.
