Mrs. Barbara Alice Aubrey's Obituary
Barbara Alice Aubrey of Pinellas Park, Florida, passed away unexpectedly, Saturday, June 1, 2019 in Largo Medical Center, Indian Rocks. She was 71. Barbara was born in Panama City, Florida: the beautiful daughter of the late Oliver and Gadsie Knowles.
During her career, she worked as a Licensed Practical Nurse and in her free time, she enjoyed knitting, crocheting and reading. Barbara was deeply devoted to her Catholic faith and was a loyal member of Sacred Heart Parish in Pinellas Park, Florida. She was also a member of the Women’s Auxiliary of the American Legion Post #104, Pinellas Park, Florida. She enjoyed spending time with her “kitty” but most importantly was a loving and devoted wife.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a brother, Bob Knowles. She leaves behind to cherish her memory her loving husband of 47 years, Bernhard Aubrey; two brothers, Bill Knowles of Houston, Texas and Bryan Knowles of Denton, Texas; and her sister, Beverly Fett of Pensacola, Florida. Barbara also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
