Arthur Dale McClure's Obituary
Arthur Dale McClure, 75, of St. Petersburg, FL, passed away on August 5, 2023. He was born in Indianapolis, Indiana to parents Arthur and Edra McClure with a brother, Gary McClure, who all precede him in death. He is also now reunited with his beloved wife, Karen Tepper McClure.
Art was successful in many businesses throughout his life, but his passion was for cars and real estate. He was an avid boater who believed in the Lord and took advantage of God’s blessings of beautiful waters.
He is survived by his children, Lisa Benton, Mark McClure, Darin McClure, Chris Aiken, Garrett Aiken, and honorary children Lee Dieter and Chris Risden. He had two grandchildren, Daemon Benton, and Carter McClure, along with many nieces and nephews. Art also had an enormous amount of loving and supportive friends, which he cherished.
A celebration of Art’s life is Saturday, August 12, 2023, at Memorial Park Funeral Home. The visitation is at 3:00 PM, with the service starting at 4:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. Anthony’s Hospital, Suncoast Hospice, or any cancer research program.
