Mr. Arthur J. Lucska's Obituary
Arthur J. Lucska of Pinellas Park, Florida passed away Friday, August 31, 2018 in Suncoast Hospice with his loving family by his side. He was 74. Arthur was born October 15, 1943 in Newark, New Jersey: the beloved son of the late Harry and Florence Lucska.
He proudly served in the United States Air Force where he was involved with the development of radar and computer technologies. This ultimately resulted in his long-term career working in the Computer Information / Technology field. In his free time, he enjoyed fishing and he was a gifted woodworker. His patience and keen eye for detail is evident in the numerous furniture creations he made through the years.
Arthur is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Marie Lucska and their son Michael Seigler (Lisa). He is the loving grandfather of Chris Seigler (Jessica), Brooke Seigler and Kelli Seigler. He is also the dear great grandfather of Nadia and Colton Seigler. Arthur also leaves behind his sister Carol and Jack Manion and their two children Michael and Diane.
Visitation will be held 12pm until 1pm followed by funeral services and Air Force honors at 1pm Saturday, September 8, 2018 in the chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home 5750 49th St. N, St. Petersburg, Florida. He will be laid to rest in Bay Pines National Cemetery, St. Petersburg, Florida. In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name are suggested to the American Cancer Society Tampa, FL Office, 3709 W Jetton Ave, Tampa, FL 33629.
