Just learned of the passing of my good friend. I have so many wonderful memories of Dennis. From working with him while I was at Berkeley pump company and the early morning hours working on well pumps to playing poker every Friday night for years. Janet and Little Dennis we’re always so kind to me and my family. I will never forget the friendship that we shared. My thoughts and prayers are with Janet, Dennis Jr and their family’s

As Shakespeare penned centuries ago (among the gems for voicing by Hamlet), there is a special providence in the fall of a sparrow. For those who devoted much of their time on earth making the world and their small or large corners in it better places for having lived, the providence in their passing brings particular sadness. Our good neighbor and dear friend, Dennis, was one such man. He had a heart of gold and crystal clear voice that carried to the heavens, probably heard at the Pearly Gates long before he arrived. After a full, rich and long life he left on his own terms in the embrace of those he loved and who loved him most. Our loss pales in comparison to that of his wife, Janet, son, Dennis, Jr., his daughter in law, Daphne, and his beloved grandchildren, Samantha, and Savannah. However, as Dennis would have wanted, we only hope we can help lighten the load of his family’s grief knowing that others shoulder a small part of it. The image of Dennis zipping around on his golf cart, popping over to check on us or stopping along the fenceless border for a friendly chat, offering unsolicted aid, and sharing pearls of practical and uncommon wisdom will always occupy a special place among fond memories. Dennis will be sorely missed but never forgotten. Jeff & Joanne Klink
"Dad," we're going to miss you out on the clays course. Thanks for the great shooting advice and for laughing at my bad jokes. John Vento
Janet and Dennis Jr., please accept my condolences on the passing of Dennis. It was an honor to have known such a great person. He will always be remembered for his accomplishments and contributions to Florida's well construction industry.
May the memories of Dennis help you find peace.

Janet, Dennis Jr, Daphne, Samantha and Savannah,
Our deepest sympathies for your loss. Dennis was an incredible man who had a wonderful sense of humor and held family very close to his heart. There was never a time that we were in his company that he did not make us laugh and feel very welcomed. We will be eternally grateful to part of his extended family. He will be sadly missed but remembered always.
Our prayers and thoughts are with all of you as you journey through your loss during this difficult time, but please hold on to the memories that have been made together as a family as those will never leave your heart.
Our sincere condolences.
Carol and Kevin Howard.
