Stella Louise Moore
November 19, 1921 - June 12, 2022
Moore, Stella Louise 100 of St. Petersburg, died peacefully on June 12, 2022, with her loving family by her side. She was born in Salisbury, England where she later met and married U.S. Army Lt. Frank Moore. Following the war, she immigrated to the United States where the family initially settled in Pennsylvania. Married to a career officer, they were stationed in Fort Knox, Kentucky, Fort Bliss, Texas, Vilseck and Munich, Germany, Camp Pickett, Virginia, Fort Meade, Maryland, returned to Pennsylvania where her husband taught Military History at the War College, and then back to Fort Knox, Kentucky before retiring to Florida. She was predeceased in death by her husband, Frank M Moore; daughter, Linda A. Moore; son Jeffery Penrose Moore, Sr., and granddaughter, Michele L Robbins. Stella is survived her son, Michael S. Moore, daughter, Patricia L. (Moore} Robbins; grandchildren, Jeffery Park Moore; Robert P. Robbins; Debra A. (Robbins) Senchak; Jeffery Penrose Moore, Jr., great grandchildren: Jacob L. Senchak, Kaitlyn M. Senchak, Reese Moore, Zachary Moore, Alicia Mary Moore, Toni Renee Moore Harris, Brittany Moore St. Pierre and great-great-grandchildren Theo Moore, Aiden Harris, and Adeline Harris. A lifelong devout Christian, Stella was one of the early members of the Faith United Presbyterian Church of Seminole. She was a dedicated mother who devoted her whole life caring for her special needs daughter, Linda. Her family meant the world to her and you could feel her love radiating throughout her home. Funeral Service will be held Thursday, July 7th, at 11:00 am at Memorial Park Funeral Home with burial to follow.
