Lenora K Pulver

Lenora Meadows Pulver (92) passed away Saturday, March 26, 2022 in her Clearwater home with her daughter by her side and soon after surrounded by family. She was born February 28, 1930 in Van, West Virginia and moved with her family at age 8 to St Petersburg, FL. She grew up attending Tabernacle Baptist Church in downtown St Petersburg and graduated from St Petersburg High School in 1948, with accomplishments of National Honors Society and Wise Owl. Lenora’s life was lived engulfed in the love of Christ as she always gave to those who needed her. She took pride in raising her two young daughters, Rebecca Lee Pastain and Sharon Tatum Hall on her own in a very trying time. She was a secretary for Pinellas County School Board from 1964 to 1980 when she finally retired. She met the love of her life, Aurthur Pulver and married him in 1983. Aurthur Pulver proceeds her in death, alongside her father, Roscoe Issac Meadows, her mother, Dorothy Lee Meadows, her brother, Harold Issac Meadows, her sister, Luella Little, her nephew, Todd Varnell and her great grandson, Damien Houston Tatum. She is survived by her sister, Patricia Varnell Allen, her two daughters, Rebecca Lee Pastain and Sharon Tatum Hall, her daughter in law, Brenda (Kay) Seviers, 4 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Lenora’s family was everything to her. She will be remembered by her enormous amount of love she carried daily and will be missed immensely by all. Services will be held at Memorial Park Funeral Home and Cemetery, 5750 49th St N St Petersburg, FL 33709. Sunday April 10th, 2022. Public viewing 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm Service 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm and Graveside burial 2:00 pm.
