Abbott was a great man and an inspiration to so many. While we miss our loved ones when they depart this world the good news is that, as believers, we will be with them again in Paradise for an eternity. I know Abbott is there now! We look forward to our family reunions in Heaven! Until then, my prayers and comforting wishes go out to all his loved ones.
My sincere condolences to my cousins, my aunts, and all Uncle Abbott's loved ones. I hope you can find comfort in the fact that God's Word says we believers will know one another in heaven. My mother, Nancy, was his sister and I'm sure she happily greeted her older brother. May peace be with you.
The best part about the Webber family reunions was talking to Uncle Abbott about the history of Mom (Nancy's) fascinating family. Just last year he told me about his fathers wild motorcycle ride in 1929 from Boston to St. Petersburg to take a job with the new telephone company there. Wish I could hear more. I know Uncle Abbott is now in heaven with my dear mother, his sister, Elizabeth. My sincere sympathy to my cousins and Aunt Elaine, Aunt Barbara and to Louise as well! My prayers and best wishes are with you all!
